My guest this week is rugby referee and former Royal Marine – Mark Scoular.
This interview was recorded in February of 2023 and we talked about Mark’s early days playing for Carnoustie Rugby Club. We then got into a deep discussion about leadership, teamwork, refereeing principles and mental preparations. And we even dipped our toes in the murky waters of the tackle height debate!
